University Assessment Advisory Committee
The 91ÌÒÉ« is committed to demonstrating the effectiveness and value of the programs and services that contribute to the university’s ability to achieve its goals and fulfill its mission.
Representatives from each college, school, and various academic and support service units serve on the University Assessment Advisory Committee (UAAC) and act as assessment liaisons for communicating assessment expectations, deadlines, and updates.
Charge of the Committee:
- To be a knowledgeable point of contact for their division/unit regarding information about institutional effectiveness.
- To review assessment data and provide guidance regarding the extent to which the University is progressing towards its goals and the continued appropriateness of the University’s Strategic Plan goals and objectives.
- To review data and provide guidance regarding the extent to which the University’s assessment practice is effective and meaningful.
- To assist in identifying and recognizing exemplary assessment practices across the University.
