With our exclusive partner, Xerox Business Solutions, the 91ÌÒÉ« Copier Management Program provides quality products and customer service to the 91ÌÒÉ« community. 91ÌÒÉ« Copier Management manages over 200 copiers and multifunctional products (MFPs). Our products are configured with intuitive features to help optimize your office productivity. Departments can lease copiers with low monthly payments, which includes user training, service/repair, and all consumables except for paper and staples. The new Xerox Automatic Supplies Replenishment Program has been implemented to guarantee automatic copier toner replenishment so that you never have down time due to insufficient toner supply.
91ÌÒÉ« Copier Management is responsible for meeting the University’s digital data security standards. Every copier placed in service has some form of Data Overwrite Security System, where scanned/copied/printed data is overwritten. Additionally, any information stored on the device’s hard drive (HD) is encrypted. At the end of your lease, or when a device is removed from service, the HD is removed and destroyed per University policy.

Billing
Departments are billed monthly through the University’s accounting system.

Service Calls
All Xerox services technicians are located in very close proximity to 91ÌÒɫ’s main campus, which guarantees prompt service. Most service calls are responded to within four hours or less. Service calls are to identify potential problems that may affect the reliability of your copier or MFP. You can request a service history at any time.
If you need service or support for your copier or MFD, you can reach Xerox Business Solutions Southeast via phone at (800) 239-3025 during normal business hours. You will need to provide your Copier ID number to the call center representative.
